ICE BREAK UP - ANNETTE SELDÉN

Winters on the Swedish west coast are often mild, but sometimes it turns cold and the sea freezes over. When warmer weather arrives the ice can break up in just a few hours. Here a storm has thrown up chunks of ice and built up high walls. As the sun set, the light shines through the ice and give interesting reflections. Halland, Sweden. Posted on January 26 2015.
